Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

Nina Sharae Resort & Swimwear offers swimwear, resortwear, apparel, accessories, and other merchandise that may change from time to time.

Certain products, collections, sizes, colors, and styles may be produced or offered in limited quantities.

3. Product Images, Colors & Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, prints, textures, and details accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing processes, fabric, print placement, and other factors.

For patterned or printed garments, placement of the print may vary between individual pieces.

Minor variations that naturally result from manufacturing, printing, or fabric placement are not necessarily defects.

4. Fit & Sizing

Customers are encouraged to review the Nina Sharae Swim Fit Guide & Size Chart before purchasing.

Sizing and fit can vary based on body proportions, garment construction, fabric stretch, style, and individual fit preferences.

The size you wear with another brand does not necessarily determine your Nina Sharae size.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before placing an order.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, or other charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected order as required by applicable law.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or inventory errors, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, amounts due for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the applicable payment method as appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may enter processing shortly after they are submitted.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission.

If you contact us before fulfillment begins, we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Returns, Store Credit & Final Sale

Purchases are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Eligible full-priced merchandise may qualify for return within the applicable return period and under the conditions described in that policy.

For eligible swimwear, Nina Sharae currently provides a 7-calendar-day return window from confirmed delivery for store credit, subject to our hygiene and merchandise-condition requirements.

Certain merchandise, including clearance items and products specifically identified as Final Sale, may not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and should be reviewed before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Swimwear Hygiene

Because swimwear is an intimate garment, additional hygiene requirements apply to swimwear returns.

Customers should wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and should not remove hygiene liners, tags, or other required protective materials until they are certain they intend to keep the garment.

Swimwear that does not meet the conditions established in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy may be ineligible for return or store credit.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, promotional codes, giveaways, or special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:
